Weigh 25 wt% glycerol according to the ratio, then add 3 wt% sodium polyacrylate, 3 wt% polyacrylic acid, 0.1 wt% sodium alginate, 1 wt% calcium alginate, 0.3 wt% aluminum glycinate, and 0.2 wt% disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid into the pot, turn on the stirrer, and stir at 60 rpm until it becomes a uniform paste-like semi-fluid with no visible powder.
Step 3: Vacuum stirring.
Pour the water phase and oil phase obtained in the first and second steps into the vacuum stirring tank in turn, then open the vacuum until the pressure gauge is below 0.08 Pa, stir quickly at 180 rpm for 5 minutes, and stir evenly until a viscous colloid is formed.
Step 4: Coating and die-cutting.
Transfer the hydrogel obtained in the third step to the coating machine, and coat it between the backing layer and the release layer. The coating thickness is 1.5 mm. After the coating walkway passes through the die, it is quickly cooled by the air duct at 20℃. The gel sheet passage speed is 6m/min. After solidification and forming, it is cut by a cutter. After the formed sheet gel is packaged, it is irradiated and sterilized.
